Our group exists to support our community library. Through the years, we depended heavily on the library’s systems and personnel. On account of mushrooming growth and technological advances, we all agreed we needed to wean ourselves of this dependency.

Thus, it came time for us to establish our own separate web presence and create our own system for tracking new members and managing a member database integrated with email capability. In searching for vendors, we were presented with many choices. They came in all flavors, offering a wide variety of services and costs.

Marcus and Company Strategic Communications easily made it into the final cut and was our eventual selection. We felt three things stood out in terms of their presentation: one-stop shopping, depth of experience, and personal service. Several months in, our expectations have been exceeded, and those three qualities proved to be defining characteristics in the process.
